A.W. Perry, a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham, MA, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Vantage Builders, Inc., a general contracting and construction firm based in Waltham, MA on a core and shell renovation project to redevelop and reposition 4 Pond Park, A.W. Perry’s former South Shore regional headquarters in South Shore Park.

Built in 1980, 4 Pond Park is a 28,841 SF, three-story office building conveniently located off Route 3 Exit 15 close to the Derby Street Shoppes, with abundant nearby amenities, including retail, restaurants and daycare. The building is situated adjacent to the new medical facility at 2 Pond Park close to the entrance of South Shore Park. The core and shell renovations include a new exterior envelope, new restrooms and building systems. The site will be greatly improved by new landscaping and exterior parking lot lighting. The core and shell renovation work is targeted to be completed during the Spring of 2019.
