Vantage Builders was recently hired by Atlantic Medicinal Partners to construct its first medical marijuana cultivation and dispensary facility, located in Fitchburg, MA. AMP also plans other dispensaries in the state.
This project is at the early stages but will include:
- Multiple grow rooms
- Extraction/processing rooms
- Drying area
- Packaging and shipping facilities
- Commercial kitchen
- Cannabis storage area
- Building systems – Irrigation, MEP, HVAC, lighting
- Office area
