Boston College - Connor Family Retreat

The Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center, a 50,000 s.f. historic facility, required a complete retrofit of its’ mechanical systems. The project involved the integration of a new 400-ton chilled water HVAC system into the 150 year old stone masonry mansion currently owned and operated by Boston College as a conference and retreat center. The scope of work included a completely new electrical service and the installation of 20’ x 20’ chapel window assembly. Total project cost was $900,000 and was completed in 12 weeks.
