Current Job Openings

Our Superintendents are responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the project site. As such, they play a critical role not only in project success but also in client relations. Superintendents lead and manage the on-site construction team and are the primary contact onsite for contractors, inspectors, client, architect and engineers. They ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and are responsible for orderliness on site. The Superintendent is responsible for identifying any potential issues before they arise and providing solutions, so they do not affect the project schedule. A 30-hour OSHA certification, CSL and 10 years of experience are required.

Project Manager

Our Estimators play a critical role in each Vantage Builders project. Responsible for determining the total cost of a construction project, our Estimators thoroughly review plans, specifications, subcontractor pricing and/or historical data to help prepare client proposals by bid deadlines. Our Estimators complete due diligence to reduce risk, help obtain qualified subcontractors, and work closely with our Project Managers and Project Executives, as well as the Business Development team. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a comparable degree is preferred. Previous experience of 5-7 years in related field would be considered in lieu of degree.

Meet the Person Behind the Response!

Jennifer is often the first face of Vantage that you’ll meet! As Director of People & Culture she is responsible for implementing human resources strategies that enable Vantage to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce and culture. Jennifer specializes in employee onboarding, compensation, benefits, and developing and implementing policies that ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

What is your favorite part about finding new talent?
I love building relationships with the candidates and hopefully passing on my enthusiasm for Vantage to them.

What piece of advice would you give a new employee?
Don't be afraid to ask questions! Build relationships throughout the organization - our team is a tight nit group and work closely day in and day out.

What is your favorite Vantage past time?
Our welcome lunches! The whole office comes together on a new employee's first day to enjoy a pizza party.
